Common questions

Why does a lesson take a minute to appear?: Every lesson is written fresh for the subject you asked for. Detailed lessons usually take a minute or two; Warm-up lessons are quicker. Drawbly draws itself while you wait.
Does Drawbly need the internet?: Yes, to write a new lesson. Lessons you have already opened, and everything in My drawings, work offline.
Can I draw on the iPad instead of paper?: Yes. In a lesson, switch Paper to Draw here. You get a page beside the reference, with a pencil, a marker, an eraser, and an optional faint guide. Apple Pencil pressure is supported.
Where are my drawings kept?: On your iPad only. Drawbly never uploads them. See the privacy policy.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPad?: Open Settings in Drawbly and tap Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID.
