Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Drawbly is an iPad app made by SIIMBL LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

What Drawbly does

Drawbly writes step-by-step drawing lessons and reads them to you. Lessons are generated automatically, so they vary in quality and are meant as practice and encouragement, not as instruction you should rely on for anything else.

Drawbly Plus

The free app includes Warm-up lessons on every ready-made subject and three subjects of your own. Drawbly Plus adds Detailed and Studio lessons and ten typed subjects a month.

Plus is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings, or from Settings inside the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Prices may change. If they do, an existing subscription keeps its price until you are told otherwise and given the chance to cancel, as Apple requires.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. SIIMBL LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

Fair use

Please don't try to break the service, work around the limits, or use it to generate content that is unlawful or abusive. Drawbly's monthly allowance on typed subjects exists because each lesson costs real money to generate. Accounts or devices that abuse the service may lose access.

Your drawings

Anything you draw is yours. Drawbly does not upload it and claims no rights to it. Lessons the app generates are yours to use, including for things you sell.

Availability

Drawbly needs an internet connection to write a new lesson. Lessons you have already opened work offline. The service is provided as is, and may be unavailable at times.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SIIMBL LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Drawbly. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: pace@siimbl.com.
